ok, I thank you for answering, and here's my I have few friends (and none I would date with or get gfs from or have chicks flipped to me), I got all my gfs by cold-hitting, but it's a long time between gfs and some are lousy in bed, I want to change that, but being a lone wolf, I realize this will never happen for me, I am not so much anti-social as socially retarded, I have to know someone for years before understanding their quirks; and to understand their motivations, some I've known all my life and I couldn't even begin to understand most of them.

Usually they are women you have or have consider ed dating. The sex is good but there really isn't anything else there = FB. The sex is there & you get along a lot of the time & do stuff for each other but can't make a relationship work = FWB. For me, most of my FBs have been women I slept with on the first or second date but didn't really want to keep going out with, or they didn't want to keep going out with me (I'm pretty boring). In the case ofof my FWB, we were just friends but she was single & needed a place to stay & so she stayed with me & it just sort of developed from there.
