It's almost 3:30 and I can't sleep so the only logical thing to do is play Halo until the sun rises.

My x year old daughter thinks that sex is no big deal for women. She thinks that it is ridiculous for men to care that a woman has had sex with another man "IF" it was a long time ago. I am positive that she is a virgin. She is an intelligent young lady. What she doesn't get is that "MY" idea of a man is one that does care where his woman has been. I told her that men do not "forget" what she has done and that if she wants to live a good life with the man she loves, she will save herself for him. She agrees that is a good idea, but she also believes that left overs (my words, not hers) are ok. I completely disagree. Every heartache I have inside me is a result of a woman thinking I didn't care that she laid down for God knows who. What do you think about this situation? Should I tell my daughter to just go ahead and lay down for whomever she wants to at the time? Or should I teach her that it is a mistake to have sex before you are in love? No matter what you say, I am going to teach her that when she has sex, it should be with her husband, because there is no greater gift a woman can give her husband than her first sex.
