I ed 911 to have them take a closer look at the situation -- the fuckin' BITCH dispatcher "this is 911, why are you telling me this -- this is Oakland, we don't respond to San Francisco's problems . . . .". I explained that the post could be from anywhere in the SF BAY AREA, she was like : thanks for telling us . . . got all pissy and finally hung up on me. After I ed the suicide prevention number to get them involved, I ed back 911 to speak with a supervisor. I got all "BITCHY FAUX" -in real life-, to think that that bitch should be so fucking stupid/dumb/RETARDED. I told the Sargent to listen to the 911 recording and use it as a training tool as what NOT to do and have procedures in place to deal with the situation if it ever comes up in the future. Sergent : well she stacked that to have officers come to talk to you . . . . . . . . WHY, you fuckin' MORONS, I did not post that "note" So there -- just had to say it. Oh well.

I know 911 is NOT in the prevention business, but have you never the police if you see a stranger (not from your neighbourhood) looking into your neighbours cars parked on the street; attempting to 'borrow' their car stereos -- so that is not prevention? An actual crime in progress at an actual location is very different,although in most jurisdictions Police resources are spread too thin for a simple property crime to be a high priority. You’re better off personally introducing the perp to a Joka stick. However, the Police will make a welfare check on someone if you know who they are and their location.

IP addresses can be traced ?? Luckily for ME, the zip codes in which I live, property crimes ARE a priority too.

CL has guidlines for these situations. That's where you should be focusing your time and energy. A 911 operator in Oakland isn't equipped to trace his IP and contact local authorities. You're just wasting their time.
